Ok I have a soft spot for Tilac it was the first place I ever went to 3 years ago when I was green and first arrived in Bangkok. Tilac has seriously regressed some from a year ago but I find it still the best place on cowboy. Lady drinks are only 100 baht the girls are fun and the music is great I think far better then Baccarra’s techno crap or Sharks mix. The problem with Tilac is they need to be a little more selective with there hiring some girls there have no business being on any stage in Bangkok. The weekends can get a little crowded but the coyote girls are well worth the visit they are stunners (only Friday and Saturday nights). I usually go there during the week for a drink then out for the evening great drink specials to before 9pm. I went here 2 times, the first time for a happy hour where I bought drinks non-stop for 2 or 3 girls at a time from 7 to 9. You have to know they wear short skirts and no panties here and I think there was some stainage on my shorts when I left, but not from me. I hope my laundry lady didnt smell them before she washed them. The girls were cute but not stunners. And since I was spending money, my little corner of the universe was spinning happily along. I went back there a week later and went in early to barfine a girl who I saw my first time in there but she was busy then. It was the owners birthday and he was putting out a free meal and everyone was eating roast pig and having a good time. Great night last night. Unlike most business’s in BKK, Tilac pays salary on the 3rd, however last night the checks hit the bank a day early so it was ON. 111 girls showed up to work, of the 111 only about 35 were working the rest were having a great time partying. 2 girls won 40000 baht each playing the lottery, and another girls was having a birthday party. The popularity of Tilac leaves me somewhat puzzled. My 1st visit was arriving at 11 PM and the place was jammed. The music is great, the seats are comfortable, albiet with it being so busy I was a mile from the stage. The girls are friendly enough but very, very average looking from what I could see. I like this place. I barfine the absolute shit out of it when I’m around. It is well-lit so you see the girls more easily and its generally good fun. I’ve heard the girls are expensive which is absurd. These girls have the most boring job in the world, some guys in these places look like there in a coma half the time. If your lively without being overly brash, you can get good prices. The ones I’ve had were cheap, very attractive and loved giving cheeky little blowjobs. Then again, I am in my twenties so probably have a lot more leverage than a middle aged dude. Which is awesome. Like Sean, I often wonder why this places is so popular. It is clean, large and well-lit, which makes it a decent place for a drink. However, the girls all do seem a bit lower quality than other bars and have an inflated sense of self-worth. Here and Baccara are probably the only two bars in Cowboy where girls will throw out ridiculous prices to go with you. I always figured this place was popular with newbies because it looks good on first pass. But it does seem some regulars like it too. I can’t see why. View all reviews by HH

I have being in Tilac about half a dozen times and am sorely disappointed wit the talent there. Many reviews have said that some of the ladies here are the best in Cowboy but I think when they see me they must bring their mothers out and the gorgeous ones hide in the back!
But don’t get me wrong I do like the bar itself especially like sitting at the very back wall so I would recommend it and buying a ladydrink is quite reasonable.
