Part Short time-hotel, bar, pool hall restaurant and sometimes an after-hours joint. Before the after-hours scene really took off Penny Black was one of the few places to drink, play pool and pick up girls but the competition is stiff these days. Penny Black is happening late but not as busy as before and usually just the girls from a few of the Cowboy bars to be found.
