1) Khun Oen has been fired yesterday with immediate effect (nobody will ever see her in our premises anymore).

2) As you get only half of the time of the massage service you paid, we offer to reimburse to you the 50% of the price you paid to the shop (450 baht), that you can come to take anytime from tomorrow Saturday 7th in our shop, just showing your passport (so we are sure to give the money to you and not to anybody else).

3) We cannot be held responsible for any problem regarding the private deal between you and Oen for the simple reason that our shop has no involvement of any kind whatsoever with any treatment beyond a normal massage, as described in our price list and for which the customer pay. Oen herself admitted that she “sometimes” tells the customer “fantasy stories” about money she should pay to the shop with the exclusive purpose to get more money from the customer. This is, by the way, the main reason why we fired her.

I understand that a “bad experience” cannot ever be fully repaired in any way; but everything we can do to, at least, partially, to fix a problem, we always did and we will always do.
I take the last statement of your email ” I hope the market is transparent enough to show you that quality still matters by sweeping your business in the trash” as the obvious outburst of a disappointed person and I will pass over it. We had over 40,000 satisfied customers and 5/6 complaints in these 6 years: this is the transparency of our shop.

Yesterday I had an unpleasant short hour with your Khun Oen in the VIP room. But lets start with the start.

It was quite easy to find Nirvana massage at Suk 23. It is one of the several massage shops lined up like pearls on a string. I would never entered that venue, if I did not read all the positive critics and complaisant commentaries in the known forums. When I arrived at the shop Khun Oen was the only one available for a massage job. Later I learned that there seems to be just one VIP room and, therefore, no need for a greater selection. At least not in the eye of the business owner.

In the VIP room we discussed the special prices and they are 1000/BJ, 1500 body2body and 2000 full service. Thats not low at all, but as expected from the Internet. I took the full service offer and everything within 2 hours for a 900 fee for the management. That makes total 2900. After this decision was made Khun Oen told me to take a shower and to wait till she returns. Later I experienced that she will leave the room three additional times for whatever reason.

OK, after she was back and she started the massage she told me about her bad situation in the shop. She gets no salary at all and, even worse, has to pay 200 to the boss for one hour and 400 for a two hour massage. She said ?The boss charges you and the boss charges me?. Ok, I do not want to hear these economics when I am concentrating on a massage deal. Maybe you should advise your stuff not to disclose the business model to every customer as a cause for a big tip.

Lets skip some intimate details now. She seems to have big problems with a big penis and it was neither fun nor pleasure to see her doing the deal mechanical in the shortest possible time at all.

After the first deal was done she told me that I have to pay more to get anything. I declined to pay additional 1500 for a body2body and then she obviously handled my body during the following massage in a way that let me go to the shower fifty minutes after I entered the VIP room.

Its not because of the total amount of money. But after having experienced some great things in Bangkok I qualify it as a real rip-off to pay 2000 for ten minutes sex - ignoring the additional 900. I really don’t understand how you have been able to establish such a good reputation in the Internet.

By the way, the VIP room is very small and basic. The lights and the music are nice, but is remains a total rip-off. I hope the market is transparent enough to show you that quality still matters by sweeping your business in the trash.

There are two nirvana locations and I am sure it is the same deal. This trip I went to 23. There were only a few girls and they wear a green colored schoolgirl like outfit. They have a lot of choices on the menu but all basic massage services. They tend to point you to the VIP room massage. 1 or 2 hour. standard room is 400 baht and the VIP room is 500 baht. My guess is that if you don’t get the VIP room it may be hard to get anything other than a handjob. I went VIP one hour.

They take you to a big room that has a massage table, naked pictures of girls on the wall and dim lighting. I took a shower in an adjacent room. They girl went and changed into a nice thin white tank top and those wrap around thai paints. The fact that she changed, the tank top and the pics were all starting to get to me. She had quite a rack.

I would not say she gave a therapeutic oil massage but she gave a very decent sensual massage. Was nice. Then when I flipped over she asked if I wanted the special. Sure. What are the options. 500 hj, 1500 body to body and there some was something for 2000 but for the life of me I can’t remember. I had exactly 1380 baht on me. No joke. She said okay.

Then she got naked. Oiled herself up a tad and started the body to body. Think soapy but slower, with oil and more sensual. Was awesome. Then she used her ample bosom to the best of its ability. ouch.

Then she grabbed a rubber and went to town. The massage table was plenty sturdy and kind of fun. What can I say. Yes it is basically 2000 baht for a nice rubdown and shag. Not an all out value play but decent for the service and time. I am sure I was in there almost 2 hours but I don’t think they care as long as the house got their cut and the girl was happy.
